Burns, along with the Rat Pack, frequented tailor Devore's custom suit house. Burns reportedly spent time in Devore's adjoining barbershop testing new jokes. He remained loyal to the Devore family business even after Sy's death in 1966, as the label on the slacks is dated ''12-2-76''. Belted with a matching grey wool belt.
