Spanish-language letter translates to: ''...In its communication of the court, is not acceptable in my opinion, to believe that the young lieutenant, Javier Alvarado acted in self defense. His history has shown that he can be careless and selfish and the incident on Thursday with MHS has once again strengthened my beliefs. I highly recommend that you put him in a position where he can be taught that his command includes a large responsibility for his actions...'' Stamped with a Cuban Ministry of Defense seal.
