United States flag space flown aboard Apollo 15, presented on an official NASA certificate signed by the crew: James Irwin, Al Worden and Dave Scott. Flag measures approximately 6'' x 4'' on certificate measuring approximately 10'' x 12''. Minor glue showthrough on flag, uniform toning and minor discoloration to certificate, with tape remnants on verso. Very good condition. Accompanied by copy of letter from Jim Irwin to the original recipient of the flag.
