Fred Haise signed 20'' x 16'' photo of the damaged Apollo 13 service module, after the explosion that nearly ended the mission in disaster. In silver felt-tip Haise handwrites the tense words he spoke to Houston after they heard the ''pretty large bang'', but before they realized the extent of the problem: ''Okay. Right now, Houston, the voltage is - is looking good. And we had a pretty large bang associated with the Caution & Warning there. And as I recall, Main B was the one that had had an amp spike on it once before! / Fred Haise / Apollo 13 LMP / April 24, 1970''. Glossy photo measures 20'' x 16''. Near fine condition.
