One of the last surviving relics of the Battle of Little Bighorn, a used bullet expelled during the fight. Bullet was part of the collection of Stella Foote, and then part of the equally impressive Alexander Acevedo collection, who auctioned the piece through Butterfield & Butterfield as part of Lot 113 in their ''Important Custer, Indian War & Western Memorabilia'' sale on 4 April 1995. Bullet measures approximately 1'' long and .5'' in diameter. Expected wear and patina, but still structurally intact, overall very good condition. A scarce piece from one of the most consequential battles between U.S. and Native American forces, leading to the forced ceding of Sioux land and expansion of reservations.
