Sargent, Secretary of State Frank B. Kellogg, Secretary of Treasury Andrew W. Mellon, Secretary of War Dwight F. Davis, Secretary of Labor James J. Davis, Secretary of Agriculture William M. Jardine, Postmaster General Harry S. New, Secretary of Interior Herbert Work, and Secretary of Navy Curtis D. Wilbur. With embossed stamp by Harris & Ewing photographers at lower left. Light wear and chipping to edges, and fading to some signatures. Overall in very good condition.
