Citation of Achievement was given to Don Kirshner, ''The Man With the Golden Ear'', through his ownership of ATV-Kirshner Music Group, which then owned The Beatles catalog. Certificate measures 12.375'' x 18'', with gold foil BMI seal and ribbon at lower left. Light toning and discoloration, some chipping to edges and a few small holes. Overall in very good condition.
