Ray Bradbury personal collection of two concept sketches by artist Joseph Mugnaini, circa 1970's. Mugnaini created the pieces for Bradbury's novel, ''The Halloween Kite'' and his short story, ''The Wilderness of Stars''. First pencil sketch depicts a large kite with a round, moon-like object in the sky. Second piece comprises several paneled sketches, with handwritten notes of characters and dialogue on one sheet. First sketch measures 17'' x 14.5''. Uneven left edge, very good. Second sketch measures 36'' x 24''. Very good with a 5.5'' closed tear. Neither piece is signed. With a COA from the Ray Bradbury estate.
