Three-ring binder full of storyboard illustrations for ''Black Sunday''. John Frankenheimer directs the 1977 suspense film, based on Thomas Harris's novel, inspired by the 1972 real life tragedy, the Munich Massacre, in which 11 Israeli Olympians were taken hostage and killed. Storyboard art details nearly every shot of the film. A different captioned frame is illustrated on every sheet, often two to a page. Binder full of art runs 470pp. on 470 leaves. Each sheet measures 8.5'' x 11''. Accompanied by an additional binder of 35pp. of illustrations and two mounted pieces; one bears the first dozen shots of the film and the other is a color illustration of the blimp and stadium. Mounts measure 14'' x 11'', in very good condition. Toning to pages and some evidence of moisture to edges, else near fine.
