Walter Cunningham signed 20'' x 16'' photo of the Saturn rocket during the Apollo 7 mission, the first crewed flight in the Apollo program. Cunningham pens a moving tribute to aerospace engineer Wernher von Braun, ''For our launches, we had many people in important positions. Wernher von Braun, one of NASA's best managers, may have been unique on launches. Wernher, relative to the positions he had and what he had to do, I think made him the best of the bunch / Walter Cunningham, Apollo 7.'' Glossy photo is in near fine condition.
