The Three Stooges signed agreement concerning their contract with R-F Theatres. Dated 2 June 1959, agreement is signed by Moe Howard, Larry Fine and Joe DeRita, transferring money earned by their contract to Comedy Three Productions, Inc., the corporation established by the Stooges to represent the three comedians as a group. Single page contract measures 8.5'' x 11''. Staple punctures and rust from paperclip impression at top left, otherwise near fine condition. From the Moe Howard Estate.
