Award is printed on thick paper and reads in full: ''The Billboard Award for outstanding achievement in RADIO presented to TEX BENEKE / FOR SECOND PLACE / FAVORITE SWEET BAND on RECORDS (RCA VICTOR) as Voted by AMERICA'S DISK JOCKEYS / 1947''. Top features the masks of comedy and tragedy and words are framed by a blue curtain. Measures 11.5'' x 15''. Some edgewear and discoloration, very good condition. With an LOA from Beneke's step-children.
