Stunning 1985 St. Louis Cardinals National League Championship ring awarded to former National League President Charles "Chub" Feeney. Anchored by Hall of Fame shortstop Ozzie Smith, the 1985 Cardinals beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 4 games to 2 before losing a thrilling 7 game World Series to their local rival Kansas City Royals. Awarded a Championship ring was National League President Charles "Chub" Feeney, who presided as President during a lengthy period of stability during which the league neither expanded nor relocated a franchise. Manufactured by Jostens, 10kt gold ring features the St. Louis Cardinals logo encrusted in 28 diamonds upon a red ruby center, with "National League Champions" written to the perimeter of the face. Relief to left shank contains "1985" with the Cardinals and "14th World Series" written underneath. Relief of the National League logo and Feeney's name is written to right shank of ring, which measures 0.75" in diameter. Ring is size 9.5. Near fine. With an LOA from Charles Feeney's son.
