Complete issue comprised of twenty-eight pages of original ''Sugar and Spike'' comic art hand-drawn by creator Sheldon Mayer, from the February-March 1960 issue #27, with a Valentine theme throughout and appearances by Uncle Charley and Little Arthur. Pages include the stories ''Uncle Charley Tackles the Baby-Talk Mystery'' (8 pages complete), ''Sugar's Snow Family'' (1 page complete), ''Pint-Size Pin-Ups'' (1 page complete), ''Pint-Size Valentines'' (1 page complete), ''Little Giants'' (6 pages complete), ''Write Your Own Comic Page!'' (1 page complete), ''A Strange Stranger'' (4 pages complete), and ''Valentine Mix-Up!'' (6 pages complete). An additional copied page for ''Look at All the Letters from Our Readers!'' is also included. Large pages of original artwork by Mayer each measure approximately 12.5'' x 21'' on thick illustration paper, with ''Comics Magazine Code Authority'' approval stamp on verso. Also with DC Comics header at top of most pages, and signed or initialed by Mayer throughout. First page is on two separate pieces.
