Original Robert Indiana signed ''LOVE'' sketch, completed in brown felt-tip. In this interesting sketch, Indiana writes ''LOVE'' in his signature slanted square design, and also writes ''CARD'' and ''DEBT'', perhaps playing with new designs. ''LOVE'' is one of the most instantly recognizable artworks of the 20th century, designed by Indiana in 1964. Indiana also writes ''LOVE'' again in pencil on the verso and signs his initials ''RI''. Sheet measures 8.5'' x 4''. Minor soiling and hole punch to left edge, overall very good plus condition.
