Richard Nixon impeachment book set titled, ''Hearings Before The Committee on the Judiciary House of Representatives Ninety-Third Congress Second Session Pursuant to H. Res. 803''. Following numerous resolutions calling for impeachment of the President as early as May of 1972, the Judiciary Committee conducted an investigation with the passage of House Resolution 803 in 1974. Here, the hearings before the Committee, held in the summer of 1974 are transcribed and complied in a 25-volume set, published by the U.S. Government Printing Office: Washington: 1974. Volumes have different subtitles, such as ''Brief on Behalf of the President'' and the final volume contains a report rather than hearings. Each volume is bound in beige paper covers, with half the set measuring 5.75'' x 9'' and the other half 7.75'' x 10.25''. Foxing to edges and occasional abrasions or soiling to some covers, else near fine.
