Orville Wright signed check, written entirely in his hand, dated 6 May 1930. Wright pays his housekeeper Carrie Grumbach $31.07 and signs it with his full name, ''Orville Wright''. Grumbach was Orville's housekeeper, who joined his staff at the young age of 14. Check measures 8.25'' x 3'', endorsed by Grumbach on the verso. Folds and discreet cancellation holes, otherwise near fine condition.
