Original Hal Foster signed preliminary artwork for the ''Prince Valiant'' comic strip, #1986 in the series. Pencil sketch was for the strip published on 2 March 1975, hand-drawn by Foster as the strip transitioned from Foster to John Cullen Murphy. Measures 8.5'' x 11''. Three hole punch, and paperclip impression at top, overall in very good plus condition. With Prince Valiant label in first panel, and signed by Foster on last panel. From the John Cullen Murphy estate.
