Pearlescent card has the red and gold yin/yang symbol on front and filled-in information on back, with the Institute's address in Seattle, along with the name of the card's owner, Roy Hollingsworth. Card measures 4'' x 2.5''. Abrasions to verso, otherwise near fine.
