Partially printed document, dated 10 June 1808, is headlined ''The People of the State of New-York'' and concerns what appears to be a trespassing case. Signed ''M VBuren'' at lower left. Document measures 8'' x 5.5'', matted and framed to 20.5'' x 13.5''. Closed tear to upper left hand corner of the document. Some creasing and toning; very good condition.
