Remarkable account by an Auschwitz inmate of the camp's infamous Death March, which began on 21 January 1945 just prior to the camp's liberation on 27 January 1945. Extremely meticulous entries detail the route with dates, cities and distances traveled every day finally ending in Obertraubling, Germany on 26 March. Written in German and English, document is on the verso of a German Railways form, partially filled out and replete with an official Nazi stamp. Manuscript measures 8.25'' x 11.5''. Separation along folds and small tears to margins. Document remains intact and overall is in fair to good condition.
