Jerome Kern signed personal check. The acclaimed composer signs his full name ''Jerome D. Kern'' to the California Bank check, which he makes out in the amount of $15,000. The check is undated, but a partial rubber stamp to the upper right suggests it might be from 1937, the year he moved to Hollywood. Measures 8.25'' x 3''. Bears standard bank cancellations and a light crease, else fine.
