Signed and inscribed by Truman in ink, ''To Charles B. Dalcan, Sr with thanks & kindest regards / Harry Truman''. Framed together with a photograph of Truman and an inauguration committee member badge which reads, ''1789-1949 41st Inaugural Harry S. Truman - Alben W. Barkley Jan. 20th 1949.'' Measures 22'' x 29'' overall. Near fine condition.
