Dated 27 March 1986, letter reads in full: ''Dear Diddo: Please forgive me for taking so long to answer and being forced to come up with a negative response. After finishing up a three week promotion tour for my new book, I seem to have got myself sort of sick and exhausted and will be giving up drawing and mountain climbing for a spell. Nothing serious. Just blahh!. All best wishes on your judgement campaign! [signed] Ted''. Single page on pale blue paper measures 7'' x 10.5''. Creasing, else near fine.
