Note reads in full, ''Buchanan / Dope not being put on even with dope record should show no wear at 750 times / TE''. ''7/28/24'' and ''Mr. Buchanan: Please note & return. W.C.K.'' are written in another hand. Light toning to 5'' x 8'' note, else very good.
