Ticket to President Bill Clinton's Senate impeachment trial, dated 12 February 1999. Clinton, impeached by the House of Representatives on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in December 1998, was only the second President to be impeached. His Senate trial began in January 1999. The required two-thirds of the Senate did not vote to convict Clinton and remove him from office. He was acquitted on 12 February 1999.
