Jung writes a friendly letter to his mentee, Dr. Rivkah Scharf, translated from German in full, ''Dear Miss! / In honor of my (!) birthday, here is a small surprise for you from the munificent purse of the Great Mother, with my best wishes. / Warm greetings / from your devoted / C.G. Jung''. Single page measures 8.125'' x 11.5''. Folded into fourths, overall near fine condition with exceptionally large and bold handwriting and signature.
