Fred Haise signed copy of the Apollo 13 Flight Director Log, with Haise writing on the pale blue cover, '''Houston, we've had a problem here!' / Fred Haise / Apollo 13 LMP''. Interesting log spans several hundred pages, with the emotion of the crew evident on each page, especially as the mission went awry after the oxygen tank explosion. Report is a modern copy measuring 8.5'' x 11'' x 1.75'' thick. Near fine condition.
