Stunning Woodrow Wilson White House china service plate, the only piece in the collection featuring the wide band of navy blue, contrasted against the gilt star pattern around the rim and the Presidential Seal at center. Made by Lenox, the Wilson collection was the first Presidential china made in the United States and also the first to feature the Presidential Seal rather than the Great Seal. Plate measures 11.75'' in diameter with Lenox mark to underside, ''Lenox / Made in U.S.A. / The White House / 1918''. Fine condition and scarce.
