''Blondie'' Sunday comic strip hand-drawn and signed by Chic Young published on 16 April 1933. In this funny 11-panel strip titled ''Clam Bake'', the Bumsteads have to mingle with Blondie's uncouth, but politically well connected, relatives. With beautiful illustrations by Young, including a detailed party scene as the last panel. Strip measures 19.875'' x 15.125'' in two pieces, as drawn. Very good to near fine condition.
