Academy Award nomination awarded posthumously to composer Jerome Kern for both Best Original Song and Best Original Music Score. Kern passed away in November 1945, shortly before his two-time nomination for scoring the film ''Can't Help Singing'' and composing its original song, ''More and More''. Certificate is housed in its original frame, with label of Beverly Picture Framing Studio on verso. Measures 10.75'' x 12.5''. Not examined out of frame, but appears near fine.
