John F. Kennedy assassination archive, signed by nearly all the key figures in Dallas associated with the arrest and capture of Lee Harvey Oswald. Lot includes:
1) Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry signed limited edition of his book ''JFK Assassination File'', with a first-hand account of days surrounding the assassination and the evidence collected. Dallas: American Poster & Printing Co., 1969. Book is signed next to Curry's photo in the forward, ''To Martha Duda / with best wishes / Jesse Curry / 11-7-69''. Softcover book measures 8.25'' x 10.75''. Light wear, in very good condition.
2) Copy of Lee Harvey Oswald's arrest report, signed by the four arresting officers: Nick McDonald, Ray Hawkins, Paul Bentley and Gerald Hill. With vivid detail about the capture of Oswald in the Texas Theater. Two pages on two separate sheets measure 8.5'' x 11''. Light wear, very good plus condition.
3) James Leavelle signed 8'' x 10'' photo of Jack Ruby about to shoot Lee Harvey Oswald, a remarkable image captured moments before he shot the pistol. Leavelle -- the officer handcuffed to Oswald -- writes, ''To Grant and his Brother / James Leavelle''. Glossy photo is near fine.
4-5) Two vintage 16mm movie tape reels from 1963 of the President Kennedy's State Funeral Requiem Mass, held on Monday, 25 November 1963 at St. Matthew's Cathedral in Washington, D.C. Reels are housed in two separate boxes, each measuring 7.25'' square. Tapes have not been played, but show no damage.
6-8) Three glossy 8'' x 10'' photos of JFK and Jackie in the limousine prior to the assassination, Lyndon B. Johnson taking the Oath of Office aboard Air Force One, and John F. Kennedy, Jr. saluting his father's coffin during the funeral procession. Near fine.
