Signed in blue ballpoint, ''Vincent Lombardi'' and countersigned by Packers President Dominic Olejniczak. Check is paid to Wisconsin Telephone Company in the amount of $226.44. Measures 8.25'' x 3''. Cancellation holes and stamps, not affecting Lombardi's signature. Very good condition.
