Certificate for 100 shares in the United States' first giant business trust is dated 5 November 1883, made out to W.C. Andrews with serial number A357. Countersigned by Henry Flagler as Secretary, and Jabez A. Bostwick as Treasurer. Stock measures 16'' x 7.75''. Some pinholes to left edge of certificate and strikethrough through Rockefeller's name. Overall very good condition.
