Andrew Jackson land grant signed as President, appointing 80 acres from the land office in Crawfordsville, Indiana to a Daniel Burford. Grant is dated 10 April 1829, shortly after Jackson's re-election against John Quincy Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Land grant measures 15.25'' x 9.75''. Closed tear through wax-based paper seal, folds with one through A of Andrew, and irregularly trimmed edges. Overall, vellum document is well-preserved, in very good condition.
