Limited edition lithograph signed by nine NASA astronauts from an array of missions, and the only commercial item jointly signed by Neil Armstrong, the first man on the moon, John Glenn, the first man to orbit the earth, and Alan Shepard, the first American in space. The signatures on the artwork represent the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Skylab and Shuttle missions to include: ''Neil Armstrong'' of Apollo 11 and Gemini 8; Mercury 7 members ''Alan Shepard'' and ''John Glenn''; ''Wally Schirra'', ''Jim Lovell'' and ''Gene Cernan'' representing each of the three Gemini groups; ''Charles Conrad Jr.'' who famously saved the station in Skylab 2; ''Rick Hauck'' of three different Space Shuttle missions; and ''Jack Lousma'' of Skylab 3 and STS 3. The title, ''Naval Aviation in Space'' appears across artist Robert L. Rasmussen's space travel images. This lithograph is signed ''Bob Rasmussen'' and hand-marked No. 785 of 1000. All signatures are in pencil. Print near the bottom reads ''Naval Aviation Museum Foundation'', with their COA included. Measures 25'' x 30'', mounted to foam board. Minute impressions along far edge of left and top margins, overall near fine condition.
