Poem reads,
"I write before your picture dear,
It adds a closer touch.
It brings a salty tasting tear
I love you so very much.
As I look up from ink still wet
With wrinkled nose & smile
You seem to frown at me and get
Annoyed with my writeings style
I look for your approval tho
With every word I write
You nod a Yes! You shake a No!
You chuckle with delight
And then I glance at heaven's prize
To right + left of you
And very quickly realize
How much I love you too
When from my eyes the mist has flown
You no more converse with me.
Then I realize I'm just alone
With a photograph of three!"
