Complete premiere issue of ''Playboy'' magazine from December 1953. Marilyn Monroe graces the cover and full color centerfold of this Volume 1, No. 1 as ''Sweetheart of the Month''. All points of authenticity are present including black square printed to upper right corner of front cover and a two-staple binding. 42pp. magazine measures 8.5'' x 11''. Split starting along spine, 1953 written on cover, and light wear and creasing. Staples remain intact. Overall in very good condition with nice display quality.
