Photograph giving a glimpse into Ernest Hemingway's life at his Finca La Vigia property in San Francisco de Paula, Cuba. Taken by Hemingway's personal secretary Roberto Herrera, photo depicts the four-story ''White Tower'' built upon the suggestion of Hemingway's wife, Mary. It housed thirty of Hemingway's cats and served as a writing office for Hemingway. Measures 8'' x 9.5''. Light creasing and small chip near top right. Very good condition.
