Entitled ''Remarks of the President at the Swearing-in Ceremonies of the Member of His Cabinet'', release reads in part, ''...I find it heartening, and therefore it is a great pleasure for me to welcome them as part of the official family. They are all patriotic men who are devoted to the welfare of this country...'' Single page document measures 8.5'' x 11''. Near fine condition.
