His autograph inscription in black felt tip reads, ''To Sabo-- / My Best wishes / Jesse Owens / 36 Olympics''. Owens' phenomenal series of wins at the 1936 games famously dispelled Hitler's philosophy of Aryan supremacy on the global stage. Glossy black and white photo measures 8'' x 10''. Photo loss at top and bottom margins and some creasing along margins. Signature and inscription are bold, overall in very good condition.
