Rare collector's edition of ''His Story in Pictures'', signed by author Francis Trevelyan Miller and by publisher G.P. Putnam's Sons. New York: 1929. Edition #231 of 250 is issued with an original envelope carried by Lindbergh on his first International Air Mail Flight from Miami to the Canal Zone on the opening of the Pan-American Airways, affixed to front pastedown. Bound in three-quarter vellum with pictorial endpapers, and housed in original gift box. Book is heavily illustrated with 372 photographs of Lindbergh's amazing aviation career. Measures 5.75'' x 8.75''. Gift box has some rubbing, overall very good. Book is in near fine condition.
