''Blondie'' comic strip hand-drawn and signed by Chic Young from 19 April 1934, featuring Dagwood as a new father to Baby Dumpling. In this 4 frame strip, Dagwood shows his lack of knowledge for raising a child, first by trying to get a license for the baby as one would for a dog, and then by attending a lecture for new mothers. Measures 21'' x 5.5''. Very good condition.
