Document signed by Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins from the Apollo 11 Splashdown Party held at the Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. on 9 September 1969. Verso, where signatures appear, features a reproduction of the Apollo 11 plaque left on the lunar surface as well as a first day of issue ''First Man on the Moon'' stamp from both 9 September 1969 and 20 July 1969. 2pp. program measures 10'' x 13''. Small hole at bottom of back cover, minor toning, overall very good condition.
