Original 8mm color film roll of Ernest Hemingway, featuring footage of Hemingway hunting with actor Gary Cooper around the fall 1959. Kodak Kodachrome color film contains footage from the top of the Sun Valley ski resort, and from a field in the Valley with Hemingway, Cooper, Bud Purdy (a local rancher) and others holding guns and scouting. Film runs approximately 2 minutes 45 seconds and is housed in original yellow Kodak box with printed address label of Hemingway's estate in Havana, Cuba. Includes two copies of DVDs containing transfer of footage. Measures 2.75'' in diameter. Film appears well-preserved.
