Academy Award certificate nominating screenwriter Eleanor Perry for the 1962 film ''David and Lisa''. Certificate, signed by Wendell O'Rey as President of the Academy, bears the iconic image of the Oscar statue and comes inlaid to a wooden plaque with high-gloss finish. Measures 12'' x 13.5'' and weighs just over one pound. Nick to lower left, otherwise near fine.
