Five original illustrations drawn by Swiss artist Hans Erni, drawn inside five separate books and dedicated to the actor Raymond Burr. Erni was a notable Swiss fine artist with whom Burr maintained a lifetime friendship. Five drawings drawn inside Erni's books are: (1) Large sketch depicting curly haired man drawing a picture of a horse, signed and dedicated to Raymond Burr on 14 April 1989. Drawn upon a program form his mythology-themed show at the Fondation Pierre Gianadda, Martigny. Runs 159pp. with descriptions and images of Erni's artwork throughout; (2) Drawing of bird surrounded by faces of five curly haired men, signed and dedicated to Raymond Burr on 18 August 1991. Drawn upon title page of program from 1991 show of Erni's work at the Hans Erni museum in Lucerne, Switzerland. With color images of Erni's work throughout. Runs 83pp. and measures 8.75'' x 10''; (5) Red and black pencil sketch of man writing at a desk, signed ''pour Raymond en amitie'' on 20 September 1975. Upon title pages of Erni's sketch series book ''Voltaire / Candide''. Published by Ernst Scheidegger: Zurich: 1975, book features 84 Erni sketches influenced by Voltaire's ''Candide''.
