Pen used by President Lyndon Johnson on 16 December 1967 to sign H.R. 13510 into law, which raised the basic pay for members of the uniformed services. The pen also was used to sign H.R. 7977, which changed some Postal laws. Blue and silver pen features the presidential seal along with a facsimile of Johnson's signature stamped in gold lettering, housed inside a Presidential box. Box measures 6'' x 2'' x 1''. Pen measures 5.25'' long. Box is in good condition, with writing on it. Pen is very good.
