Large framed document signed by President Benjamin Harrison on 27 September 1892. Document appoints one Charles T. Brown to Postmaster General in the county of Providence, Rhode Island. Harrison signs the document to lower right, adjacent to a ribboned-seal at lower left. Measures 22'' x 17'' inside of the brushed silver frame. Creasing and some discoloration; good plus condition.
