Gold medal from the Chesterfield Royal Hospital Senior Cup, awarded to star player Ernest Needham in 1923. Finalist medal features the crest of the organization in blue and burgundy enamel. Reverse is engraved with Needham's name, ''E.G. Needham'' along with the date and gold hallmarks. Accompanied by the original case from Charles Usher. 9K gold medal measures 1'' in diameter. Weighs 5 grams. Minor discoloration to reverse, else near fine.
